Exchange Policy

At KAYA, we are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer an exchange service under the following conditions:

- Products may be exchanged within 7 days days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size or color.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective or an error was made with the order.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed, and the appropriate action will be taken.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
